Who you're buying from

These terms apply to your use of shopmiramuse.com and to anything you buy from us. By placing an order you accept them. We sell to you directly — we are the seller, not a marketplace or an agent for someone else — even though the items are shipped to you by our suppliers.

Prices and currency

Prices are shown in the currency selected in the store and include that amount only. Shipping is added at checkout, and any import duties or taxes charged on delivery are separate and payable by you — see Shipping & Delivery.

We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.

Orders and when the contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we despatch the items, and the contract between us forms at that point.

Occasionally we may not be able to accept an order — an item sells out, a price or description turns out to be wrong, or we can't verify the payment or delivery address. If that happens we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid in full. A listing being visible on the site isn't a guarantee that stock exists.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed only once Stripe tells us the payment has succeeded.

Product descriptions and images

We describe our products as accurately as we can, and much of the information and imagery comes from the suppliers who make them. Colours vary between screens, and handmade or naturally-dyed items vary between pieces. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.

If an item you receive is materially different from how it was described, that's covered by the Returns & Refunds page and by your consumer rights.

Your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under that law or any other law that applies to you and can't be contracted out of.

Where we are legally permitted to limit our liability, and to the extent the law allows, our liability to you for any claim connected with an order is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding what you paid for them.

Using this site

• Don't use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that interferes with it working for other people
• Don't attempt to gain access to accounts, systems or data that aren't yours
• Don't scrape, copy or republish our content, imagery or catalogue for commercial use without our permission

Our content

The design, text, branding and layout of this site belong to Mira & Muse. Product imagery and descriptions may belong to our suppliers or their licensors. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. This doesn't deprive you of the protection of the consumer laws of the country you live in.
